I approach my work with a warm, compassionate interest in you, your life stories, and the various ways you try to solve life’s challenges. We look together for untapped strengths and resources, unhelpful and unconscious patterns, and new ways of relating to yourself and the others in your life.
The most important thing you bring to the work is a desire to have an honest look at yourself in the presence of a caring, attentive listener. Together we come to new understandings and new experiences that will directly influence your life outside of the therapy room.
